SynTech has developed in-house own tool room with machine shop includes CNC, VMC, special purpose boring, honing, grinding and customized lathe & press machines for the precise job for all regular and customized requirements under vigorously strict tolerance.
SynTech material Lab is rich with all high-tech analytical and inspection equipment like various special purpose jig-fixtures and gauges, roughness tester, slip-gauge, height gauge, ferrolab, metallurgical microscope and spectro meter from Spectro-maxx Germany to ensure the best and perfect products only to be out.
These equipment ensures the complete hardness, material specification and chemical composition for each casting batch conforming to the I.S.S., B.S.S. Or ASTM specifications as per requirements by clients. We also have a state of the art laser-making machine to facilitate proper brand name either of our “SYNTECH SYNC” or OEM Supplies, further for part nos and its identification.
